How it works:

1. You request a "Blind Offer." A blind offer is just that, we take all the information you provide us and based on that only we try to give you an offer as close to what we think we'd pay for it. The more detailed and accurate the information is you can provide, the more accurate our blind offer will be to our final offer. Simply fill out the Request a Quote form.

2. We email a PREPAID, INSURED Express Mail shipping label. If you're satisfied that our blind offer is fair and within your expectations, we will email a fully prepaid shipping label. You simply print out the label, affix to an express mail box provided free of charge at the Post Office, and hand to the clerk. Shipping is free of charge, and the contents of the package is fully insured by our Jeweler's Block insurance policy up to $25,000 per package.

3. We contact you with our Final Offer the next business day, once the package has been received. Once we've been able to physically inspect the items in question, we will then issue you a Final Offer. If accepted, we will then process your payment. If you decline the offer, we will mail your goods back to you at no charge to you.

4. Payment in Full. Once we have agreed on a final price, we immediately schedule a bank wire or an overnight check (your choice) so that you will have funds in your hands by the next business day.
